Does IP base support dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and EIGRP?

Depending on the type of equipment you have, BGP and EIGRP is supported on 12.4(11)T for x800 (1800/2800/3800) series routers.

If you have something different, you may want to look here: http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp and do a search for BGP and EIGRP and limit it by your hardware.

Actually I am going to replace the IOS image on a bunch of 2610 routers. Right now they are all handling bgp as well as eigrp. I need to move them to a code that will support SSH that is inclusive of BGP and EIGRP. Our RAM is limited on these boxes to about 96 MG, so I am limited in feature sets that I can use. That is why I was asking about IP Base.

the current version running on these boxes is 12.3.6a
