â¢Clusters, configurations, and applications profile in the data repository
â¢Workflow scripts that are already uploaded in the data repository
â¢The db_cra repository, FCRasSvr database
â¢Unified CCX configuration data (such as open bootstrap and flat files)
â¢Unified CCX recording files
â¢Windows hosts and lmhosts
â¢Unified CM Telephony configuration (jtapi.ini)
User prompts, grammars, and documents under these paths:
c:\Program Files\wfavvid\Prompts\user
c:\Program Files\wfavvid\Grammars\user
c:\Program Files\wfavvid\Documents\user
Recording files that have been converted to .wav format are not saved by BARS. This can be done through a batch file or manually.
