CUPC need to be restarted after the launch of the Cisco VPN client

An end-user is reporting “strange” things:

- When launching the VPN client, he can mail, ping, … all servers of the company

- The CUPC client is “not connected”, when pinging the presence server, he gets timeouts on these pings

- When restarting the CUPC client, all works again
