Cisco Call manager and Cisco CRS : Take services offline

We have to shutdown the Cisco Call Manager (Windows based) and Cisco CRS. Do we need to stop any services or can we just go ahead and shutdown the servers?


I have this problem too.

shut down should be ok ...before that ensure that you have a successful "BARS" backup.
