CDR report and billing report with rate

In CDR report, if I need to add a rate for a calling number how to do that.

For ex calling number is 00971T, 1 min call = US$ 0.070, 0091T 1 min call charge = 0.050. Like this can we create a report for internal billing purpose, can some one light me how to generate the internal billing report with rate based on calling number

You need to buy or write your own application for billing. You cannot do rate calculations and reports without.

In CDR there is option called rate, with this we cannot generate any report ?. So for billing we need to buy third party software for this purpose.

Any suggestion which one is the best third party billing software any comprasion.
