Hi,
I have a user who is getting blank messages in varying length. They are not complaining about getting messages, so I think it is occasional.
I am using unity with unified messaging. Ilistened to a message and did not hear anything with the volume turned up all the way.

Is the issue happening with local or remote subscribers?
Give a bit detail on topology and unity version and call flow?

We have a centrally located Unity 7.0.2 with exchange unified messaging. Our CUCM is also centrally located with the Unity server. The user is in a remote office with h.323 gateway.
