Slowness issue in Frame relay link

We have RtrA & RtrB configured with Fram relay 18 Mb pipe with 9 PVC & it is bundled in Mulitilink.users are connected to the lan segment of RtrA.RtrB is connected to RtrC using DS3 link(45Mb).RtrC is connected to client.Ipsec tunnel has been enabled between RtrA &RtrC. Now the users connected to RtrA are facing slowness while accessing client application which is connected RTrC.

Herewith i have attached the 3 rtrs config. Can anyone analyze & give valuable suggestions.Everyday we getting slowness issue.

Have you considered engaging a professional networking engineer to analyze your problem with proper measurement and testing ?

yes..we have done so but still we aren't able 2 identify the exact root cause of the issue..we have a simillar kind of setup running in one more location without an issue..Did u find any abnormalities in our config..? If so then plz share with us..

As mentioned, you would need an experienced person doing testing on-site.

Static configuration analysis cannot replace that.
