I have Call Manager 4.1.3. I need to access the DC Directory but I get an error
DCD16100100: Failed to load schema from server
Any ideas.

Have you checked DCD is running and you're using the right credentials???
I'm assuming you're not AD integrated right?

If it is AD integrated do I access to retrieve personal directory and fast dial information. Are these information stored in AD? Do I have to stop the AD integration?
