Can someone advice me on how to get LMS 3.2 to respond faster on the virtual enviroment above.

I no longer know if the slowness has to do with CPU or the VM itself as it is extremely slow.

It runs on Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition SP 2 (X32) with 4G RAM and 20G HD. I aim managing less than 50 devices in the lab as a test. The CPU gets to 100% and i haven't even added seed devices for that matter.

I tried accessign it through IE, same slow responds were experienced. Can anyone help me get through this please. Kindly bare with me if the question is out of order.
