Hi.....
I need to know if cisco easy vpn is an example of site to site vpn??
If not then whats the difference between the two

It can be I believe. If I remember correctly Cisco easy VPN is just a configuration whereby an easy VPN server pushes out policies and configuration to a remote device. This could be a VPN client (so it would be a remote access VPN) or it could be another device such as an ASA in which case it may be a LAN to LAN (site to site) VPN.

Hi,
The easy vpn setup considered as Remote Access vpn than lan-Lan (site-Site) vpn. Technically both version do the necessary encryption but the difference comes in the deployment scenario.
Lan2Lan VPNs used by companies with offices dispersed territorially and the use of dedicated data communication links would be too expensive.
Easyvpn --> considered for one or 2 user or home office setup.
