%Reload in Progress

I have a Catalyst 4500 WS-C4506 and

WS-X4516-10GE Supervisor running under

IOS 12.2(52)SG IP BASE SSH. After having

installed IOS 12,2(53)SG i wanted to schedule a reload. After entering the reload at command I get the message %Reload in Progress and nothing happens.

Any ideas thanks

hello Manfred,

if you use reload at it expects a time

see

reload at ?

hh:mm Time to reload (hh:mm)

if you want to reload immediately just type

reload

Hello Guiseppe,

i used the full reload command, i.e.

reload at 04:00 14 Oct IOS-Upgrade

but the reload is not scheduled instead I get the error message %Reload in Progress

Hi Manfred.

What does the output of show reload look like?

Could you try a reload cancel before you then try to do the reload?

It might be a bug in the IOS - have you checked the bug toolkit?

Hi Manfred, did you get to the bottom of this '%reload in progress' issue? I'm experiencing the same problem and it appears it's related to the aaa config as the problem doesn't occur if I remove the aaa config before attempting the reload.
