Hi,

Our Callmanager and IPCCX clusters are integrated into our AD using the domain administrator username and password. For security reason we need to change the username that CCM and IPCCX clusters are using from administrator to another name. The process I will be running is as follows:

1. Run AD plugin tool on the Publisher and changing the Directory Administrator DN from "administrator" to "anotherusername"

2. Run the AD plugin on each of the subscribers

3. Reboot cluster and test

4. Run CRS Serviceability Utility on IPCCX clusters (pub then sub)

Is this the correct procedure?

Have I missed anything?
