Solved: Display ANI and DNIS and Callingnumber on CAD- Agent desktop

I am trying to display ANI, DNIS and calling number with some digits chopped off. I got my ucx script working, the variable displays correct info but not sure how to display this on CAD.

CAD standard fields for ANI, DNIS seems to get info from CM I want it to display info I have in my script.

This is called Enterprise Data. It has been explained many times on the forums. I would suggest running a search but here is one answer I provided:

In your case, you'll want to modify the layout list to remove the default ANI/DNIS variables and replace them with the ones you defined.

Appreciate the quick feedback. Yes those quotes and values too most of my time.

Is there a way to add color or highlight ANI,DNIS etc (not a requirement)

Still need to know how to populate different layout than default. I want to display sales layout for one que while rest can continue to get default. I know its done throught script do you know exact steps, and do I need seperate workflow group for each layout?
