Mobile Access Outbound Dialing Issues

Direct H323 transfer

The application is registered and inbound dialing to the pilot number and authentication with pin are working as expected. However, when dialing an outbound number (any number:local,LD, etc. no matter what number is dialed) the application initiates an outbound call to the pilot number causing the call to fail. The CSS on the Remote Destination Profile (both rerouting and CSS) has route patterns to access to the same H323 gateway for call processing.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Hi Melissa,

The call will dial the Pilot number but the RDNIS is actually the number MVA access proccess gather to place the new call.

Can you upload detailed CUCM SDI traces with call info and timestamps?
