Transfer Option Disappears

I have some problems with two ip phones for operator which represented in disaapearing transfer softkey with incoming calls when we received more than four calls on hold at the same time . We have call manager ver and the two devices are 7965 and they are configured maximum number of calls = 6, Busy Trigger = 6 and " Auto Line Select " is disable . I hope to help me in this issue .

You would lose the transfer key when any calls come into the phones no matter how many calls are on hold. It is because the softkeys change to handler the incoming call first. Also if you have users on hold you can't transfer them. You would have to take one of the callers off hold to get the transfer key.

To fix this you might want to assign the transfer softkey to a line button using a phone button template.
