We've been running PRI's on 6608 blades for years. Last month, we upgraded from CCM 4.2 to UCM 7.1 Since then, we get regular 6608 port resets (like every night at 6PM) on several different blades at the same time.
All ports on all cards are defined (MPT, Gateway, Xcoder) and are registered to UCM. Sounds like something on UCM is triggering these events, but we are puzzled as to where to look.
BTW, blades all have latest firmware as supported by UCM7.1

Ports which are not in use by this blade are disabled?
They share same Philips chipset and when they are not configured generate a reset

As noted in the original post, all ports are in use and are registered to the callmanager cluster
