Path Code Violations on T1 circuit

I have a DS3 circuit from AT&T and it connects to an Adtran DS3 mux and then from the Adtran DS3 mux I have several T1s going to my 3662 router and I am seeing tons of Path Code Violations under the T1 controllers in the 3662 router. I've contacted AT&T and they've confirmed the DS3 is tested clean on their end and have told me that the erors are coming from my equipment. I've replaced the T1 card in the 3662 but that didn't seem to help.

Has anyone run into this issue ? I appreciate any inputs / suggestions !!!

I am not familiar with the Adtran DS3 mux, so I have not try anything with it yet. It's an Adtran MX2800.

Thanks in advance !!!

Danny

I did check the line code and all look fine. I've been running this way for several years and the issue just started about two weeks ago and nothing was changed to the environment.

Thanks !! I appreciate your response !!!
