Hi, my customer uses to have ODBC access to CUCM PUB 4.23 SQL Database. since we are in the process of upgrading their cluster to 7. and database changes to IDS,they are afraid they will lose connection. is there a way to provide similar read access to DB in CUCM 7 ? thanks in advance

You can get the Informix ODBC drivers from the link below:
http://ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/InformixODBC/InformixODBC.html
The linked site provides the drivers to support the audio text manager application for Unity Connection 7.x which runs on the same OS as CUCM 7.x.
Not sure how much this will help you but it may be a start.

Informix access to UCM is highly restricted. You can execute some commands through the restricted CLI. For remote operations the customer will need to utilize the AXL APIs.

If the customer is access CDR records, the new process for this is to have the cluster SFTP the CSV files to another location for parsing.
