UCCX - unwanted tone when getting digit string

Hi all,

we now face with a UCCX problem: when getting digit string (using Get Digit String step), after entering a few digits, the caller will hear a tone (like the dialtone). I don't know where this tone came from and how to disable this. Could anyone help me on this?

I have used this step multiple times and have not seen this behavior. I would double check the default timers and make sure you are not running into a limit. I also checked other forums and do not see this as a known issue. Recommend you open a TAC case.
