Its same for cucm6 as well,

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/5_x/cdr504.html

[Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 Call Detail Record Definitions]

The field "dateTimeConnect" does not account for any

timezone information and it only records the time stamp

in GMT.

Hello ,

where i can find this field "dateTimeConnect" in the callmanager ?

regards ,

You will find the value in a CDR file

i would appriciate if you can tell me the exact path where i need to make changes to get local time on CDR ....

i am using below command but dont know exactly wot to do ?

admin:file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/car/

i have used options with file list activelog cm/cdr ?

but still coudnt reached at "datetimeconnect " field

many thanks advance

As already explained since the 1st reply:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cdr_defs/5_x/cdr504.html

[Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 Call Detail Record Definitions]

The field "dateTimeConnect" does not account for any timezone information and it only records the time stamp

in GMT.

If you use CAR it uses the server timezone to adjust when running reports, if you use any 3rd party billing it should do this as well.

You CANNOT change the fields in the DB to show what you want.
