IP Telephony: The Time not change on Cisco IP Phone

Hi,


I have CCM cluster 5.1.3 with Cisco IP Phone 7960G, 7961G, 7940G and 7941G. The IP Phone 7960G and 7940G has Firmware 8.0 (7.0). This CCM Cluster has an NTP Server, When the time was changed, Only this one was changed on the cisco phone 7961G and 7941. it doesnt to change the time on cisco phone 7960G and 7940G


- All the device pool has same CMLocal

- I did a reset to CCM Publisher and CCM Subscriber, but the time it not change

- I did a reset to Device Pool


Any help would be useful.

Unplug the network cable from one of the 7960 or 7940 start wireshark (a.k.a ethereal) and plug the network cable back. Go through the traces and see if CCM is sending the right time to the phones.
