Unable to connect to video stream in Operator Page

Hi!

I have successfully installed all needed components of the VS suite (VSOM, VSMS and VSVM) after that I have successfully configured 4 cameras. I can see previews on the Camera pages, but when I try to view cameras using Operator Page, I receive just "connection failed" message instead of picture. What may be wrong?

Make sure you are using the admin user when connecting to the Cisco Cameras.

I use Axis cameras and video stream from them is available in Admin pages, but unavailable on Operator Page.

I use root account to login to Operator Page.

Check the IMS log by doing the following commands at the CLI.

Check streaming.

/etc/init.d/cisco status

/usr/BWhttp/logs ls

Tail -f ims.log

Thank you, John, I have already found this useful log in /usr/BWhttp/logs. According to this log, there is no problems at the server's side. So, I decided to check the client side and I found, that the client PC has no DirectX drivers installed. I have downloaded and installed new drivers and all worked fine.
