LMS3.1 Software Distribution Failing

I'm trying to distribute/load IOS on our 4507 switches via the RME softwre distibutin (LMS3.1) but its FAILING.

On the 4507 switches we are currently running 122-40.SG on some and 122-50.SG on others but RME fails on both platforms when trying to load the 122-53.SG IOS and comes up with a message:-

Catastrophic - SWIM1200:Selected Flash partition requires minimum (64 MB) to upgrade selected software/image.

Select a different Flash partition for upgrading the image.

The new image is only about 16MB and I've deleted and squeezed old images from flash and there is more than 45MB available in flash.

You are seeing CSCsu49349. The workaround is to edit the image attributes in the SWIM Repository so that the requirements for flash are substantially less. The fix is in LMS 3.2.
