I have several 2800's for a client running IOS Content Filtering w/ trend url filtering. The only way I know of for my client to easily manage his white/black lists, categories etc. is to use CCP. This works fairly well except it refuses to allow you to save when you're done. It errors out. So I have had to teach my client how to telnet in after he's done and wr mem. Not the best solution. Anyone else had this issue not being able to save in CCP?

I have been able to syslog blocked and allowed sites, when a site is blocked it will actually list the url. When a site is allowed it will only show the ip address. Can this be changed so we can see the allowed url?

Are there any 3rd party reporting utilities which could parse the syslogs and create reports on website activity?

I am not sure but may be Netforensics or Arcsight can do it.
