Under CallManager 4.1(3) using DMA 7.1(3) it doesn't export data;

going to GetStartupInfoA()

going to CreateProcessA()

going to WaitForSingleObject()

going to GetExitCodeProcess()

GetExitCode returned TRUE (success)

return value = 1

ExportDatabase, returning [Failure,Internal Windows to Windows CCM Migration: DB_TARGET_ERROR

Failure,Please refer to 'C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\DMA\DB\exportdb.log' and DBInstall/DBConvert.log under 'C:\Install\DBInstall' for more details.]

Hi Jason,

I'm experiencing a very similar problem, but the message is DB_LOCALE_IS_MISSING.

Have you found a solution?

Thanks.

Jefferson

Hi All,

Same issue here. Thought it was only me.

I get both errors

Is this related to permissions issues on the SQL database?

Thanks

Amre

Hi,

Have you checked that all configured Locales in the Cluster are installed in the Callmanager Publisher?

Alejandro

Hi,

my problem was solved after install all configured locales in the server. We was using a temporary server to run DMA to avoid any impact on production but we forgot to install the locales.

Thanks.
