CUCM seconds fails

How time the phone wait the change to secondary CUCM ?

Example:

Phone A is registered in the CUCMA.

The CUCMA is not availble.

Phone B is registered in the Secondary CUCM, called CUCMB.

How many is the time in seconds that the phone wait response for its primary server?

I'm assuming the question is "How much time..." right?

The default keepalives are 30 seconds to primary, 60 seconds to secondary.

A phone loses 3 keepalives before failing over to a secondary, it keeps trying with the primary for the time it comes back
