Last time I checked, I don't believe there was 32-bit ASN support for Catalyst 3560. Someone more familiar with roadmap for the platform may sched more light.
I suppose this is newly assigned AS? If so and if it's not yet in use, why don't you release it and request 16-bit?

Hello,
There is currently no support for 4B ASN numbers in 3560 Catalyst IOSes. As a matter of fact, according to the Cisco Feature Navigator site at http://cisco.com/go/fn the 4B ASN is supported only in the 12.4(24)T IOS and possibly in 15.0M which are not applicable on 3560, or on 12.2(33)SXI IOS image that is available only for Catalyst 6000 series supervisors.
There is no way for your 3560's BGP process to talk to a BGP neighbor whose AS number is 4B long.
Best regards,
Peter
