I  am from UAE and the service provider is DU. My UC520 is not giving CLID. It is showing unknown caller ID.

The below was the initial configuration done by Vendor Engineer

voice class dualtone-detect-params 1
freq-max-deviation 25
freq-max-power 0
freq-min-power 13
freq-power-twist 4
cadence-variation 4

voice class custom-cptone AE
dualtone busy
  frequency 400 425
  cadence 375 375
dualtone disconnect
  frequency 400 425
  cadence 375 375

voice-port 0/1/3
trunk-group ALL_FXO
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone AE
supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1
no battery-reversal
timeouts call-disconnect 1
timeouts wait-release 1
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar opx 201
description Configured by CCA 4 FXO-0/1/3-Custom
bearer-cap Speech
caller-id alerting ring 2

I made the below changes and tried

No voice class custom-cptone AE

voice-port 0/1/3
trunk-group ALL_FXO
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
no supervisory custom-cptone AE
no supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1
no battery-reversal
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar opx 201
cptone AE
description Configured by CCA 4 FXO-0/1/3-Custom
bearer-cap Speech
no caller-id alerting ring 2
caller-id enable

Later I made the changes as per the link https://www.myciscocommunity.com/thread/2683;jsessionid=8BDE9F3F991EDCD89389F434100A50F5.node0

I tried BR, GB, US, SG, CN locales also but of no use.

The current Configuration is given below

voice-port 0/1/3
trunk-group ALL_FXO
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
no battery-reversal
cptone AE
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar opx 201
description Configured by CCA 4 FXO-0/1/3-Custom
bearer-cap Speech
caller-id enable

Caller ID is enabled on the line and I tested with Analog phone.

If I install another device  between PSTN line and  FXO port caller ID is displaying properly. Now I kept Linksys SPA 3102 in between and is working.

Can someone help me please?

You are on the right track - those are the commands that need to be adjusted to match the caller-id setting from the PSTN. You mentioned that you followed the other thread, did you try the "dsp-pre-allocate" option? If these don't help, I would suggest that you open up a TAC service request.

Thanks,

Saurabh
