port forwarding

hi friends,

i am facing one issue on ports accessing

i installed one software for all users in that software they are using 5721 port to access , the application is accessing through web. the main host is in uk but users are in uae .but if i try to telnet to that ip and port connection failed ..

so how i can open the port..

You need static pat.

example

static(i,o) tcp interface 80 192.168.1.1 5721 net 255.255.255.255

Open acl on the outside for the interface to allow port 80 and it will be automatically forwarded to the inside host 192.168.1.1 listening on port 5721.
