The communication between Unity and CCM fot AA

I have very basic question. I configured AA in Unity 7. the AA number is 5000. I tried to reach the AA from CCM by defining Unity as H.323 GW. but I am not able to reach any help please??

Hi,

To add h323 Gw

from device,

add gateway,h323

with the ip add of your unity

then create a route pattern to 5000 with the route list to the h323 gateway configured before

This what I did before. but once I called the 5000 I hear fast busy tone.

can we say that the problem from Unity configuration??

WHY are you configuring Unity 7 as an H323 GW??????????????

You just need to follow the integration guide, use SCCP and there really is nothing much to do.

CTI RP, DN 5000, CFA to VM.
