Hi,
I'd like to set up a notification service in LMS 3.0.1 to notify users about job results via e-mail.
I have a SMTP server where a user has to authorise before he can sent an email.
In LMS I have found CS -> Server -> Admin -> System Preferences
where I can set SMTP server and Administrator E-mail ID only.
Is it possible to set up a SMTP server with username and password for authorisation to send notifications ?

LMS does not support SMTP authentication; For a possible solution have a look here:

Hi,
I believe that authorization will done by SMTP server. LMS only send the email to the ID configured over here.
