I have a problem with Cisco Attendant Console, when the ac user tries to do a transfer or consult transfer the call, the caller should hear music on hold but here no music is played. But if the AC user transfers the call directly from the ip phone, the MoH is played.
Is there any setting that I need to look into for Music on Hold for Attendant Consoles?
