Hi

we have been trying to get the annunciator to work with TP but no luck

the thing is, the stup works if we use it with IP phone with SCCP

however dose not work with SIP

as TP using SIP this is why it dosnt work

the question here, is this normal i mean annunciator is NOT supported with TP yet ?

and if its supported how we can get it working ?

Thank you

I tested in lab as well and no ANN, since we send a 404 Message and we no longer re-negotiate media

SIP/2.0 404 Not Found

I see that for SIP we are terminating the transaction

10/22/2009 16:00:53.871 CCM|LineCdpc(85)dispatchKeyReleaseReq - mDevicePid(3, 47, 50); mSelectedDPid(0, 0, 0), mOnBehalfOf(Device), rfr(0)|<:STANDALONECLUSTER><:172.16.154.9><:3><:172.16.181.57><:><:DETAILED><:0800>

and never invoking Media Resources

Ths is because in the code SIPStationCdfc object, the signal for inserting ANN resources is not implemented, we just want to terminate the transaction.

In SCCP we do have that signal after call termination

As workaround use a Translation pattern XXXX and send it to an IVR or Unity and play a greeting from there

Hi,

Can you please explain what is the call flow?

and what r u trying to achieve with ANN and TP ?

hi the call flow is TP to CUCM

as you know TP uses SIP

the idea is to get the error msg when we dial wrong number for example instead of only fast busy ton !!

thank you
