Ive got a 7941 voip phone that when you press a number on the pad it dials 2 numbers. 1 is tied with 8 2-9 3-7. Ive tried a factory reset but it doesnt work, i think this is because of the dialing issue, maybe its a hardware thing. Have you ever incountered this before?
