I want to export ASA image for version 8.0(3) to apply it to another ASA, how can i do so?
Can i upgrade from ASA version 7.2(2) to 8.0(3) and if yes, how can i do so?

copy from ASA #1 to your tftp server-
copy disk0:/asa803-k8.bin tftp:
Then on ASA #2 copy from the TFTP server to the ASA-
copy tftp: disk0:/asa803-k8.bin
Yes you can upgrade from 7.2.2 to 8.0.3, just follow the procedure above.

After copying after second step,
now i have the two images on the flash at the same time.
Then, how ASA will reboot from which image of them.
Also, no changes in configuration will be occured.

you have to instruct the ASA which image to boot.
ASA(config)#boot system [flash:/disk0:]/[software image name]
Also if you booting the ASDM image as well
ASA(config)# asdm image disk0:/asdm-522.bin
see this for instructions http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_configuration_example09186a008067e9f9.shtml#maintask2

Hello,
You will have to enter the following command:
ASA(config)# boot system disk0:/asa803-k8.bin
ASA# write memory
ASA# reload
Then, your ASA will reboot on the new image. Check that everything is OK and remove the old image.
Just one thing: If you upgrade your ASA, you would also upgrade your ASDM image (if you use it).

Thx a lot for your replies.
But, no current configuration changes will be done after this upgrade nor any risk will be done.

yes you are right. configuration will not change but the commands syntax between 7.2.2 to 8.0.3 is slightly different. but nothing major!
