We have a contract for quarterly upgrades with the business partner from whom we purchased our CM / Unity hardware and software. We want to start doing our own upgrades. Where do we find the info about the upgrade path: what is available;what the upgrade contains; and all other pertinent details, etc. Thanks!

These documents/Links below are sometimes over-looked but conatin significant UC upgrade Paths/strategies/recommendations. There is alot of info to weed through but will certainly save you from "taking it on the chin".
