Can we configure a RO http access to a cisco switch ? If so how ?

You can provide to the username a lower privilege than privilege 15.

Thanks , but this link shows how to configure RO access for CLI but not for http access . Do you know if it is possible to have a RO HTTP access to a switch ? Please advise ...

You need to use: username X privilege & command

and then ip http login local.
