Is there a way to automate the CUE backup process? I just spend all of friday attempting to recover a failed CUE module (hdd went bad) which was unsuccessful, and ended up with the UC520 being RMA'd. of course, voicemail messages were lost because we didnt have a recent backup of CUE.
Scheduled backups for voicemail (CUE) is on the near term roadmap - no exact timelines but possibly should see an update around the end of this year on this.
Im interested in the same information. I see this thred is a few years old, maybe there is a solution in place now? We need an automated backup solution for all of our CMEs, thanks.
Is this what you are asking about? I use the Scheduled Backups under Backup / Restore to an FTP server for my backups.
