Alerts indicator on Topology View

I have enabled DFM polling on Campus Manager Topology View. However, I notice quite a number of devices has the Alerts indicator but when I drilled into DFM alert there is no alert exist the current time or even on the last 24 hours. Shouldn't the indicator disappear if no current alerts on device?

Yes, the alert indicator should only reflect those events which are currently active on the device. There may be a problem with the poller. Post the ani.log and NMSROOT/log/dfmLogs/AAD/Campus.log.

Here is the ani.log. At present, the campus.log file size is 0 KB.

I don't see any critical errors here. I suggest you open a TAC service request so more debugging can be done.
