Hi, I have cucm 6.1.3.1000-16 and cups 7.0.5.10000-18, and use cupc 7.0(2.13496).

On cucm I have registered users and the users also comes up in cups.

When I delete a user or uncheck the 'Enable CUP and 'Enable CUPC' on cucm, the user also disappear at cups as a application user.

But at cups->User man->End user

the user still is there.

Why isnt the user deletet from here?

I ask this because I have a user who has problem when using cupc and that his status always is offline. Thought I could delete his user registration and register it from scratsh. When I do that the problem still exist.

Therefor I think that the problem is that the user is not deletet from user management-> end user.
