Hi folks,
Can anyone advise if they've heard of a way of paging people through an IP phone with the audio going through a speaker sysem?

There are quite a few options available from third parties.
One of the best known is Informacast from Singlewire.

If all you want to do is attach to an existing analog amplifier and speaker system, Informacast is overkill.
You can just use a SIP paging relay instead and add it as a third-party SIP device in UCM.

You can also just use a traditional analog paging system and use some extra FXO ports on your voice gateway to tie in.
