Pulse phones are not able to call in to call center

We are using IPCC express 3.5, if some customer calls from Pulse phone he is not able to reach the agent when it asks for press 1 for english or other options, while the same is working for DTMF phones.

Please advice.

CCX does not support in-band DTMF. Make sure the DSP for the circuit is picking up the pulse tones and converting them to OOB DTMF.
