BAT and associating end users

Hi,

We are running CCM 6.1.3

Our CCM is integrated with Microsoft AD for LDAP integration and authentication.

We are rolling out around 200 IP phones in a new branch office.

We are planning to use BAT + TAPS to accelerate the deployment.

Is there any way we can associate the end users with the IP phones via BAT?

Or do we have to associate each end user with the IP Phone manually?

When you BAT the dummy devices in, associate it with the LDAP user name. When you TAP the phone, it should automagically change the dummy BAT device to the LDAP end user ID and associate it.

Give it a try.
