Hi,
We are running Cisco Unity Voicemail 5.0 in standalone voicemail only deployment
An user has requested to delete all the voicemails in his inbox.
How can we do that?

You can log into the OWA account from the user and delete the VMs from there.

Thanks a lot for the very helpful suggestion.
Your idea of OWA made me think about Unity Inbox.
I accessed the user's voice mail via Unity Inbox and deleted the voicemails.
