I have two 6500's that can't get past EXCHANGE. Here is a partial debug from both.
Any ideas on why this is happening? In other posts there looked to be an MTU issue but it doesn't look that way to me here.

Can you please enter : ip ospf mtu-ignore on both and see what happens.
If not, attach your show run from both routers and the debug ip ospf adj outputs.

Nothing seems to have changed. Attached running config. The output from the debug ip ospf adj hasn't changed.
