As I'm sure you have already found a solution to this, if anyone else out there is researching CulMapSvr CPU usage, the solution is to restart the IMAP server within Unity Connection Serviceability.

Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability > Tools > Service Management > Connection IMAP Server.

Stop the service then start it.

This will clear up the CulMapSvr service from pegging the CPU.
