Im planning to use this 6500 on our datacenter, i want to upgrade them, need advise on what to put.

without understanding your requirement properly i cannot recommend what cards you upgrade but to benefit from the full switching fabric on the 720, you might be better off upgrading your supervisor 2 to at least sup 720-3B and your line cards to WS-X6748-GE-TX (CEF720 full fabric card), WS-X6816-GBIC as well.

You're better off speaking to your cisco account manager...
