Ik have a 50MB/s internet connection and my IPS provider's modem out is indeen 50MB/s

Per port from my router i do not get more than 20 to 23 MB/s ou tof it.

How can I resolve this issue?

I would like to recoup some of the lost speed i'm having, but when i try disabling IPS, my router locks up after about 2 to 3 days.
