Hello All,

I have implimentated a Translation Pattern of 2XXXX in a partion call edtranslations. I'am trying to translate an exec's calling number 20415 to his secretaries extension 20409. I only want it to happen when he dials 2XXXX. So in his line CSS I have the Translations partition first, but when he dials say 20417 the call does not get translated to his secretaries extension, it uses the phone CSS and the INTERNAL partion to match 20417. When I set the translation pattern to an exact match of 20417 it does get translated. Is my 2XXXX translation pattern incorrect? Thanks
