Hi all,

my problem is lookup names in outlook contacts; I tried to setup CUCCC number patterns in a way to match phone numbers stored in Outlook, but for some contacts works, for the bigger part of contacts, don't. When I say it works, I mean that pops up name on the right side of the tray bar instead on the number and "unknown".

I clarify that call always works fine, my only problem is to display name instead of number

I know it would be a matching pattern problem, I tried to insert new patterns, modifying the existents, but I haven't found a stable way to match all contact.

Does anybody know if there is an exaustive guide related to the question?

Guide I red (Cisco Unified callconnector for microsoft office installation and user's guide) doesn't go in deep to the argument.
